Procedure
The SRA:
Designates a representative to attend meetings in each service region in which a citizen’s review panel is established;
Attends no less than two (2) meetings each year.
The responsibilities of a Cabinet representative include, but are not limited to:
Providing access to information necessary to complete the mandate of the citizen’s review panel;
Giving the citizen’s review panel notice of all standards of practice issuances related to child protective services; and
Making the citizen’s review panel aware of any potential issues that they may wish to address.
