The R&C Worker:
Provides a copy of the DPP-157 Background Checks for Applicants or Foster/Adoptive Parents to the requestor upon receiving a request from another state for a Child Abuse/Neglect (CA/N) check;

Informs the other state that the DPP-157 may be faxed to the Records Management Section at (502)564-9554.
