The SRA:
Designates a representative to chair the RIAC(s) for the region;
Or designee appoints a DCBS staff member as local interagency council (LIAC) chair when set up within the region.
The RIAC chair:
Chairs meetings and ensures that the functions of the RIAC are executed.
