30.4 Citizen's Review Panels



Practice Guidance


The SRA:
  1. ​​Designates a representative to attend meetings in each service region in which a citizen’s review panel is established; 
  2. Attends no less than two (2) meetings each year.
The responsibilities of a Cabinet representative include, but are not limited to:
  1. Providing access to information necessary to complete the mandate of the citizen’s review panel; 
  2. Giving the citizen’s review panel notice of all standards of practice issuances related to child protective services; and 
  3. ​Making the citizen’s review panel aware of any potential issues that they may wish to address.
